All units come newly renovated, with carpet or hardwood floors, and complete with a fridge and stove. Large closet spaces are available in units with bedrooms. All units have large windows with views of Montreal’s beautiful downtown and the landscape beyond.

Included: Heat, hot water, cable TV, and kitchen appliances are included in the rent. In addition, Le Montfort’s residents have free access to the indoor pool, Fitness Center and private outdoor patio. There is 24 hour security in the lobby.
